Description
The M-225 is an entry level Class III Approved chair scale with the scale featuring an automatic BSA (Body Surface Area) calculation function. This is unique to Marsden and assists in the prescription of medication. There are also BMI, Hold and Tare functions. The indicator has a large 3cm LCD display, meaning weight readings can be seen nice and clearly. The scale has a capacity to 250kg, making it suitable for use by almost any patient. The scale is powered by 6x AA batteries, but an adaptor is also provided. The indicator includes a micro USB port. Getting patients in and out of the seat is easy, with hinged armrests and footrests. Brakes are fitted to two of the four castors, and thanks to its robust construction, this chair scale will withstand years of regular use.
