Lift Service Engineer
Location: Field based – As a growing company we are interested in applications from all areas
Anticipated earnings: From £45k to £53k depending on location
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
Benefits include:

The Role: Lift Service Engineer
Lift Service Engineer: We are looking for an NVQ3 (or equivalent), experienced Service and Minor Repairs engineer. Candidates will be working from home and reporting to our Bromyard based office. You will need to be on a Call Out rota and attend calls outside of normal working hours. Call outs are paid door to door.
What we will need from you:
- A self-starter
- NVQ 3 or equivalent
- Lift Service experience
- A full UK driving licence
- A Team player with good communication skills
- Someone who is respectful and empathetic to the environment we work in

The Role: Lift LOLER engineer
We are looking for an NVQ3 (or equivalent), experienced Lift Engineers who have both practical and theoretical lift knowledge to carry our LOLER Inspections on our customers portfolio of lifts, the majority of which would be described as low rise.. Candidates will be working from home and reporting to our Boston Spa office.
This role might appeal to someone who now prefers to work 9-5 and 5 days a week only or we might consider applications for working 3 or 4 days a week to suit a changing lifestyle.

Lift Project Manager
Location: Field based (North)
Anticipated salary: From £46k depending on location and experience.
Contract: Full Time Permanent (subject to discussion)

The Role: Lift Project Manager
We are looking for an Project Manager to ensure that all major projects are managed to the customer’s specification, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and health & safety compliance.
The key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Completing thorough surveys for both replacement and modernisation of all types of lifts and liaising with the rest of the Major Works team and suppliers to ensure the best solution is presented to the customer.
- Assist with the completion of the technical elements of the new lift and modernisation tenders.
- To manage projects at a site level, ensuring that work is being completed to the standard required and in line with H&S legislation.
- To provide the information required for the completion and then the collation of all documentation associated with all aspects of lift major works, including but not limited to Risk Assessments; Method Statements; Detailed Plans; and Surveys.
- Assess pre-manufacture drawings in line with surveys completed.
- Ensuring major works projects come in on time and on budget.
- Attending pre-start meetings prior to the commencement of projects, to ensure that the customer is informed of the work program. This will include direct communication with residents.
- Continually manage communication with the customer, so ensure they are kept updated with any changes as the project progresses.
- Attend handovers at the end of projects, to ensure the customer is satisfied with the quality of the work completed.
- Where necessary attend technical visits to problem lifts.
Candidates will be working from home and reporting to our Major Works Manager, who is based in our Brighton office.

The Role: Medical Device Service Engineer
Medical Device Service Engineer: We are looking for an experienced field service engineer to carry out LOLER and PUWER certification, as well as diagnostics and repair to a high standard. Specific experience and training on ceiling track hoists and assisted baths would be preferred. Candidates will be working from home and reporting to our Northern Ireland based office. You will occasionally be required to attend calls outside of normal working hours. Callouts are paid door to door.
What we will need from you:
- A self-starter
- Medical device experience (LOLER/PUWER)
- A full UK driving licence
- A Team player with good communication skills
- Someone who is respectful and empathetic to the environment we work in
